Combined Challenge

Just dropping in with a Birthday card I made for the challenges at Just Add Ink & The Outlawz. This card will be one I can add to my stash. I am not sure when if I will get back this week as I have got four classes coming up & need to finishing cutting all the kits

Another go at Copic colouring

Since I have my Copics for a little while & haven't really used them I thought I should have another go at colouring & to be honest don't look to close as it  is not that crash hot I think more practice is needed.

I decided that kids won't be too critical so I made it into a little girls Birthday card to add to my stash.

Turning a New Leaf

Today's card is one I have made for the CAS Challenge over at The Outlawz site,

The brief was to create a CAS card using a Leaf or Leaves as your focal point on the card, after going through my stash of stamps & dies I only had one stamp set I could use, Turning A New Leaf from PTI.

I am really happy with how the card turned out & would love to hear your comments.

CAS Christmas Card

Hello,

My card today is one I made for a challenge over at The Outlawz which was to make a Monochromatic Holiday card.

I choose Christmas as my holiday & blues as my colour.

Should have a few more exciting cards to share in a few days as I need to come up with a couple of new cards fro Thursday nights class.

Meet our latest addition to the family

Sorry no cards to share today, just a picture our our newest addition to the family a kitten called SOX, the kids decided onn this name as he is all grey other than his 4 little white socks (paws).

We have been talking about getting a cat for a little while & then on Saturday my Husband & Son called into a pet store whilst on the way home from work, needless to say we were not at all prepared, although he did buy some food & kitty litter & we managed to make him a bed in a cardboard box with an old pillow & cut up blanket now I don't think he will want to give it up for a real bed.

I just love this picture, as I sat down to type this post Sox started exploring the office

& ended up under my desk. He had his head sticking out from under my footstool so I just had to take another picture. He is now sound asleep under the footstool he must be sensing he needs a rest before the kids get home.

Just a quick card

Hello Loyal blog readers,

Today I would like to share with you a card I made using a Free set I received from PTI a couple of months ago & for the life of me I can't remember the name & I really couldn't be bothered to walk out to my craft room, it is raining so that is a pretty good excuse maybe a should go with that. The sentiment is from this set as well.

It's hard to see but I have used the En francis background stamp on the Kraft, I have also used the x small scallop EK punch for a delicate finish.

Today I also did a Windows Vista update on my computer & it has made everything so small I can hardly read this as I am typing, I have tried a couple of different things to change it back the way it was but nothing has worked. Anyone else had this Problem? I will need glasses by the end of the month at this rate.

My Ikea purchases

Well a couple of ladies asked what I bought for the craft room on my recent visit to Ikea nothing to exciting.

Here they are

Jars to put my ever growing stash of buttons mainly PTI.

       A picture Shelf that fits some of my ribbon

& also fits cards to display

But it's main purpose is to display all 14 jars of buttons, I must say I am so in love with the shelf & didn't realise when I bought it could be multi purpose so now another Ikea trip might be on the cards.

I just love looking at all the colours, they make me happy. weird I know.

Gift Card set

Howdy everyone,

Sorry I have been MIA it's currently school holidays here in the ACT till next week, so my daughter & I managed a few days in Sydney shopping. Not that we bought much but we did manage a visit to Ikea & I made a couple of purchases for the craft room.

Today I would like share with you a set of 6 gift cards I made for a challenge over at the Outlawz.

I have used two different Flower fusion sets from PTI & the new SU in colours. I am going to package them up to give as a little gift at Christmas.
