Just Add Ink Challenge #51

Back to show another card I made this evening for the Just Add Ink challenge which was a Theme "Monochrome". The card is not what I started out to make & when I was finished I thought it would make a good Sympathy Card to add to my stash.

For those who are wondering the two thin lines around the edge are drawn on using the marker, otherwise the rest of the card is pretty self explanatory.

Also Thank You to all the lovely ladies who left comments last week, we were away from Sunday morning so I didn't have time to look at all the other creations & leave some comments, will endeavour to do so this week.

Card Recipe:
Stamp sets; Just Believe, Teeny Tiny Sentiments & En Francis
Card Stock; Early Espresso & Crumb cake
Ink; Early Espresso
DSP: Crumb Cake from neutral stack
Accessories; Early Espresso ribbon, Crumb cake button & Linen Thread.

Happy Stamping

  1. Love your choice of colours, lovely card.

  2. Your card is beautiful, the lines around the edges just completes it :)

  3. Love this to bits, a perfect card for this weeks challenge. Thanks for playing at Just Add Ink! xx Amanda

  4. I love this card too- so balanced in colour and design- a perfect monochrome card.

  5. It is really lovely Fiona, love the detail you added, and the distressing and looks great framed by the lines you drew in!

  6. This card is just lovely and I really like how you have framed the DSP with some simple double lines, I will have to try and remember this for one of my cards.

  7. I love neutrals and I love this card. Love the button and ribbon detail.
